Shipping Policy

The Alfa Sod offers grass delivery in most of our locations. We deliver quality grass at super competitive prices. Our delivery time is up to 3 days after payment confirmation. Our delivery specialists take great care of the grass pallets at your delivery location. As an installer, consider our delivery service as a convenience for your business.

Pallets will be left on the driveway. If you want the pallets to be left elsewhere, we are not responsible for any damage caused to property by the forklift.

Return and Exchange Policy

We, at Alfa Sod, always seek to offer quality products and excellent service to our customers. Therefore, our refund policy aims to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and ensure a transparent and reliable relationship with them.

Due to the fact that grass is a live product, it is not possible to cancel your order after cut.

To request the cancellation of the purchase, the customer must contact us through our service channels, before the grass the cut.

Refunds will be made within 30 business days from the date the cancellation. The amount to be refunded will correspond to the total purchase price.
